COURSE 1

Mango on Sticky Rice (kow neuw ma muang)

Stir-fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts
(kai phat met mamuang himmapaan)

Green Curry Paste (nam phrik kaeng khiaw waan)

Chicken Green Curry (kaeng khiaw waan kai)

Chicken Fried Rice
(khao phat kai)

Spicy Chopped Chicken (laap kai)

Tip :   Soak the sticky rice in enough water to cover the rice for a least an hour and even overnight.  Take your steamer, put water in the bottom.  The water level should be 1 inch below the rice

Time: 9:30-1.30 pm.

Cost: 1,000 Baht: Includes all Cooking Ingredients, Transportation (from nearby areas), Snack and Refreshments, All Completed Dishes are yours to eat or keep.
